Are you receiving a "free member" error In Sportsaccess?

Here are the steps to take to get it back up, if these steps don't work the add-on is probably down which can happen from time to time but it's never down more then a few hours. If you can't get it back up with these steps jump on our Facebook group to get an update, if it's down users will let you know there.

#1 Clear Cookies
#2 Hit the red Kodi button on your remote to exit Kodi then go back in and try SportsAccess again.
#3. Last step go to StreamSmart Tools and make sure you are connected to the internet.

    Dragon Sports Error 1000. The Mac address for my streamsmart box is listed.

    My sports access says I need a user and password. I thought it was free for a pro?

    Try wizard update to all add ons, after clicking on OK to finish updates allow it to reboot then wait approximately 5 mins to allow it to complete all updates before trying again.

    on my stream smart pro it says the same thing and did what you told another person and mine still say's please set your sportaccess credenentials error-restart your box and under that it has login or cancel..how do I get this too work again please??
